December 2004, NEC Electronics Singapore attained the ISO
14001 accreditation.

Our Environment Policy |
- We minimize the use of natural resources and lessen the
impact on the environment through our efforts in engaging
the Environmental Management Programs such as recycling,
energy saving etc.

- We comply with the relevant local Environmental Legislation
and Regulations including relevant ISO 14001 standards and
Corporate Environmental Management System (EMS) directions
that are applicable to our activities.
|
- We establish and review appropriate Environmental Objectives
and Targets periodically by conducting audit and carrying
out Environmental Management Program in order to continually
improve our EMS.
|
- We ensure that our EMS requirements are adequately documented,
implemented and communicated to staffs, relevant suppliers
and other stakeholders.

- We ensure that our Environmental Policy is made available
to the general public
